I am right with you. I had a goal to lose 34 pounds and I just accomplished it this week! I will continue so that I can maintain it.

    You are doing great!!!

I'm doing baby steps, because life is so hectic right now. I'm finishing my last semester of college and stupid me signed up for 12 credit hours...yeah, over a 7 week time period

My goal for this month is to up my water intake and maintain that. Yesterday & the day before I drank four 24oz bottles of water. Today, I'm only on #2.

I'm here... I'm just letting my ticker show my progress, such as it is. LOL. I am just starting Weight Watchers at home this week, so nothing much to report yet.

I did do an hour of swimming today... that's the third one in about a week. If I keep alternating that with my walking I think the scale's bound to move sooner or later.

I'm in as well, but I only do weigh ins and measurements once per month. Last months, weigh in, I lost 3.5 inches, but no lbs.

I am new but want to join you all if that is OK.
Joined Weight Watchers last night so I will try to post here weekly. Right now trying to drink all the water they want me to ( 6 8ounce glasses a day at least) and to figure out the points system. You all are doing great!!!

Still doing OK on the new weight watchers. Actually measuring food and using scale for chicken and meats. Not hungry...still fighting urge to eat mindlessly or out of habit. Need to stay strong and focus on the goal...

Hey Tiggerriffic...that is WONDERFUL!!!! Remember that any loss is better than a gain. I dont know about you, but I did not gain this weight overnight so I dont really think I will lose it fast either. I sure do wish it would go away overnight or that there was a magic pill but I am resigned to the fact that I have to do this on my own....YOU ARE DOING GREAT !!!!

Had my first weigh in last night and lost 1.2 pounds. So very small but again, better than a gain right? Tell me your tips, hints and suggestions!

O.K. So glad I found this thread. My short-term goal is to lose 10 pounds this month. I really need to lose at least 30. So, today I'll weigh in and really get serious.
