    for my new weight goal badge. It is one of the best I have ever received! It taught me I had more will-power and determination than I thought I did. Now I know I can accomplish anything. It just takes motivation.

    Tammy, it took almost 7 months.

    I won't lie and say it was easy. There were times I craved something sweet and had fruit instead. Drink lots of water and keep fruit around for when you get a sweet tooth craving.
