Post Finally decided to do WW at home

It seems the most reasonable for my lifestyle and the most realistic.    I got all the info online in an eBay auction for $3-- I don't have the $$ on hand to join and go to meetings right now.   I've also got a bid in on a starter kit for $10.  If I don't win that one it's ok, I won't up the bid any higher, but, I'd like to have it.

I decided against the Zone Diet and South Beach, by the way.  Neither of those seemed like something we (DH is doing this, too) would stick with long-term.

Anyone else doing WW at home?

I don't do weight watchers, but I have used a few of their recipes. They are really good. I have a WW recipe book and sometimes pull it out. My family doesn't even know they are WW recipes.

Good luck! I can't wait to hear how well you do!!

I did WW at home, but I'm now doing my own diet that's working swimmingly well.

WW at home took the pounds off very nicely. I lost 25 lbs. total in about 3 months. Not bad considering I wasn't rushing anything, kwim? WW at home paired with exercise of some kind (I was doing cardio and pilates) will help you drop the pounds.

You'll do fine on it--it's really pretty easy and there are many good snacks and stuff that are 0 points! Good luck!

Yes, I'm doing WW Core at home. Are you doing the points or Core program?

I will be getting back on the WW CORE program on July 5th.
I lost 35 pounds with the program and had fell off the wagon.
But my goal is to get back on July 5th the day after my 31st Birthday!!
