Why is my skin so oily all of a sudden?
I am getting SO upset about this. My skin is SO oily lately that I have broken out in what looks like teenage pimples all over it and I can FEEL the oil on my skin. I normally have normal to dry skin. I hadn't changed my routine at all as far as my face goes and I am still eating the same too. I have no idea what is going on. Since I haven't ever had oiily skin before I don't even know what to do to prevent it or clear up my face.....SIGH

This happened to me about 3 or 4 years ago. All of a sudden my skin changed and I didn't know what was going on. I found that Oil of Olay worked best for me and I use all of the products. I don't switch between that brand and another. For example I don't wash my face with dove and then moisturize with Oil of Olay.
well, maybe I do a little. When I get a little pimple or see one beginning I put Rapid Clear by Neutrogena on the area asap and it clears it up quickly. This also works on Malcom.
I hope you find something that works well for you.

Hormones seem to cause problems like what you're describing, for me. Both times I've been pregnant I've broken out more than I did as a teenager. Then my skin will settle down only to do the same thing again after the baby is born.
Maybe something like this is going on with you?
