    Default Magazine Tear-outs?

I've been tearing out the routines in Seventeen for a few months now. I'm wondering how every else uses them - I always feel awkward trying to exercise and having to stop in the middle and grab the piece of paper to see if what I'm doing looks right. Does anyone else do this? If so, what do you do? Do you memorize it before you start? Tape it to the wall?

I just figured this would be a pretty cheap way to work out, but its been pretty challenging so far.

I do like you and just keep it by me so that I can pick it up to look at it!

I do the same thing, I created binders of workouts for upper body, lower body and total body!

I usually read the entire workout first, then I have it on the bench, floor or table next to me so I can take a quick glance at it if I need to. I have taped routines to the wall, that worked well too.
