Anyone done "Volumetrics"?
I read an article on this today and looked up a few sites with more info, but knew you ladies would be more reliable informants.
The concept is that you eat about the same amount of food each day (volume wise) so if you continue at that volume, just replacing what you are eating with high fiber, high water foods, you will lose weight without feeling deprived.
My weight is currently completely beyond belief and the highest it has ever been. Working full time and raising 3-4 kids under the age of 5 has taken it's toll. The 3 year old in the house is extremely neurotic and goes into full scale melt down if I go out without her. I used to be able to sneak out for an hour at the gym after they went to sleep (dh was home) but now with the longer days she won't fall asleep until later and the gym is closed by then. It is making me nuts. I even started getting up and going sat and sun mornings now she gets up at 7 and if I'm not there wakes the entire house up and upsets everyone. I am in need of aq program I can somehow fit in.
