From Chapters.ca which is a Canadian book chain. If you have a Coles books, it's affiliated so if you have an iRewards card from Coles, you should be able to use it at Chapters.

-- It normally retails 53$ canadian and 35$ american so you can see what a bargain it is.

I bought it just for fun, while buying some other books at Chapters that I did want, and it's great.

I've just bought a second copy to give to dd.

I can see why it has rave reviews, it's all about living slower, enjoying life more, and is completely balanced between learning how to take care of yourself with taking care of those around you.

I love it.
