    Default One low fat pop tart

    is 4, yes 4, Weight Watchers points....

    And I thought I was doing so well eating just one

    Next time I'll just have to have popcorn (2 points a bag).

    Yeah.... someone else had mentioned how high Pop Tarts were on another board, so I've been avoiding them. I can find something more filling to spend my points on.
