Crunches in bed
Can't remember if I read this in Fitness or Shape, but doing crunches in bed is actually good for you since you have to use stabilizer muscles because the mattress isn't as firm as a floor.
So, I've been doing 30 crunches (3 sets of 10) each night before I fall asleep.
At least its something I know that I can fit in!Loving wife to DH (8/31/03) and Mommy to Owen Alexander (9/20/06) and Oliver Andrew (5/25/12)

I do crunches in bed sometimes as well. Usually when I feel guilty for not working out
But I feel that I get the best workout on my yoga mat as I get motivated to do pushups and lift weights as well.
