Using the same principles as my emergency fund!
A lot of you know me from the emergency fund challenge. I was the kind of person who always struggled to save money and now I have saved thousands!
I have decided to use the same principles that I used too accomplish my other goal. Getting in shape and losing a few pounds. I set a date, set an amount and keep track of it. A little at a time. My goal is to go at least three times a week for one hour. I keep track of it two ways. I put a gold star on the calendar each time I work out and I also have my weight loss chart at my siggy to encourage me.
Next month, I am taking my 2 year old to swimming lessons. Do you think that also counts as part of my work-out as I have to go in the pool with her?
