    Default Cool Website - MyPyramidTracker

    You have to register, but when you put in what you eat for the day it will tell you have it compares the the USDA recommendations for nutrient intake, how you compare to the food pyramid, etc. Its pretty awesome.

    You don't have to look up calorie counts either - I put in "Ravioli" and it came up with 17 choice - ravioli with cheese and meat sauce was the one I picked. It will track you info over time. I think I'm going to use this as my food journal.
