Question!
I found my Weight Watchers stuff, am going to start again on my own. BUT, I can't find my points finder! Does anyone have the calculation to figure out the points? I used to have it memorized, but I forgot! HELP!

The actual Weight Watchers Points formula used in the Weight Watchers Points calculator is currently under strict US Patent laws. The formula is shown below::
oops, it won't copy here...probably due to copyright, but here is the link: (scroll)
http://www.healthyweightforum.org/en...tchers_points/
Where:
p = Points
c = Calories
f = Fat Grams
r = Dietary fiber Grams
(Note: min{r, 4} equals the number of grams of dietary fiber or 4, whichever is smaller. In other words, only the first 4 grams of fiber "count.")

I just emailed my girlfriend in PA, she went with me so she has one, she may send me the calculation! If you find it let me know, I have looked, but can't get it!

The formula I posted above looks intimidating, but it's really not. And it works

Which WW program are you going to do? (winning points, flex, etc)

I can't get it to work! I was doing the flex points before, so that is what I will stick with.

I used to have a cool little slider thingy, and that is what I lost!!! Not an actual calculator. I may have to get one of those though! I still think that I am doing it wrong.

I have a slider but dont see any formula on it. My leader told me if in doubt figure 1 point for every 50 calories a food has. And remember to drink your water and get 5 servings of fruit and veggies per day.
Good luck
