    Default I'm doing Curves 6-Week Challange diet

    I signed up to do the Curves 6-Week Challange diet. It started with our first meeting Tuesday night.... I have been doing pretty good...getting better every day at eating what I am supposed to and drinking my water.... we will get weighed every week so I will keep you updated on my progress

    I have to do something....I need to get this weight off.... what bothers me the most is that I worked so hard before getting all my weight off and I let it creep right back on.... I feel like such a failure in that department...and now I just don't have any will power or something.... I try and then I fail...

    I have been going to Curves as much as I can, but the Curves where I got my freebie membership is about 10-15 minutes away and we are watching our gas usage for the time being... me and ds have been getting out and walking and I have done my Firm video a few times.... I just want to get some of this weight off not so much for the way I look but for my health... ds is only 2 and I want to be able to keep up with him for a long time..lol...

    Sorry this has turned into a book, I just needed to get it all out and ask for you support... I am so encouraged by all of you all and your weightloss.. and know that I can do it because I have done it before... I get so aggravated because I can't seem to get anywhere now.... ok, I'm shutting up... I will let you know if I have lost any weight when i weigh on Tuesday... thanks for listening to me babble on...

    Don't let it get you too down. It's hard to do. Just know that you can. But please don't let your sense of self worth hang on it. Keep trying, keep exercising. You'll do great! have some faith!

    Don't beat yourself up over this, Cornelia. You're taking steps to correct the problem, and you can do this!

    If you're looking for more exercise DVD's so you can work out at home, I highly recommend Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds
