    I did it for a while a couple of years ago, and it was easy. I had to stop though because it was bothering my stomach. My dr. told me it's not a good diet for people who are lactose intolerant and have an ulcer

    Yes, attempting it. I've done similar things, and it looked fairly easy to follow.

    I was just wondering what people thought about it. Also, what kind of dishes they made, etc. . .
