I'm at the point where....
I ALWAYS begin to sabatoge myself. People are starting to notice I've lost weight and asking me if I have. Whenever I've gone on a weight loss program before, when I've hit the 30 lb. mark and people start noticing, I start eating things I shouldn't and soon I've put the weight back on along with more.
I know the reason why I do it. I've shared it with one other friend who understands (again something I've never done before). This time I refuse to give in and I'm going to get past it - this isn't about what's gone on in the past, it's about today, tomorrow and my future.52 week money challenge - $41.00

I know exactly what you mean. Once I start dropping the weight, I don't know if I think that it must be so easy to do or whatever, but I start slipping into my old bad habits. I am not going to let that happen again.
I have a goal in mind, and I have 4 mos to get to where I want to be when we visit Dave's family in FL. I will truly be disgusted with myself if I can't make that milestone.

OMG! I am sooo glad someone else does this besides myself. I don't know why I do it, but I do it everytime. Just as soon as someone notices, I slip back into eating everything in sight. Uggh!
