Oh I'm doing so bad!
I previously lost from 16/18 to a 6. I regained back into a 12. I got back down again into a 10. I get down to 153 or so and then sabatoge myself right back into the 160's. I need to get back between 134-140.
It also seems half the month is good then pms huts and 2 weeks of bad eatting.
Besides regaining I'm letting by bloodsugars get high by going off my lower carb plan! I just can't seem to find my motivaion to do what I need to do! I also cant seem to have a little bit of something. A little gets to be tons.
I just needed to vent!~July 19 saving goal for event $104/$1000

Vent away! I know how hard it is to maintain it once you lose it. It is still a challenge and I think it always will be.
Hang in there! You can do it!! Keep healthy finger snacks available for those times of the day when you just have to snack!~*Michelle*~

Thanks so much for letting me vent!!!
I just found this statement elsewhere and it is so very true for me with junk food!
"But I am definitely a carb junkie. Sometimes I just splurge out of control. I become wasted by the food. Like any junkie you have a little and then you just need a bigger hit. You keep going till you can't function well in everyday life. This is me. While on the low carb diet I am not completely happy with food but I am happy with my health.
