Update on my health
Ok, I have come to the conclusion that whatever I had/have is a God ordained thing. I think he needed me to slow down and start taking care of only me for awhile, actually 30 days.
So I had the CT scan and it is completely clear. No gallstones, no cancer, no nothing. For which I thank the Lord!! But I am still not 100% and people are needing me to do things again, kwim? Jim took pretty good care of things for me but now I am right back into the fire: Granny called and needs my help, Jim needs me to run errands for him and bring him lunch, I'm back to volunteering at the high school and grade school, doing things for church, going out on the paper routes and doing all the cooking and cleaning again. Feeling very overwhelmed and tired.
So that is why I think it was something that God wanted for me, to just slow down and spend time with him. I do have to have another liver function test but I am waiting a couple of weeks for that. Just to be sure things are back to normal.
I thank you all for the prayers, I KNOW that God heard them and answered them.

That's very good news about your test results. Fingers crossed that the other one comes back as well. I hope you learn to say no....it's not easy but very important when learning just how much we can handle on a daily basis.

If I were you I'd cut back on the volunteering for a while. You've more than earned a break. Time to focus more on you. It's ok (aka: not selfish) and it'll help you find a new perspective about it all. You are worth the time & care. Don't argue, just do it.

I agree,I'm glad the test didnt show anything but you should really slow down some. Maybe do a few days a week.
I know its hard to say no,I have the same problem, but your health comes first
