I gave up caffeine when I was pregnant with Katie. It was hard,but I made it and I know you will to

I still have a pepsi every now and then,but if I "have" to have a soda,I drink caffeine free coke. I mostly drink water and sweet tea (decaf..it taste better to me).
My husband drinks coffee and HAS to have his caffeine.He's tried to give it up but says his headaches are not worth it. I've tried telling him to stay with it a week or so,but he doesnt.
He also has a lot of headaches and takes excedrin for migraines.
I dont take it,so I keep an eye on how much of that he takes. When he worked at Sams,he took it A LOT,but not so much now,still more than I like,but not as much as he use to.

As an update, I'm down to one cup of real coffee per day, and one can of coke. I usually buy a few 12 packs of the cans and keep them at my desk at work (cheaper than buying them from the machine) and I have 5 more cans left from my box before I'm going to the caffiene free coke (I already bought 3 12-packs).

I've been at this level for about two weeks now, and it seems to be working. I haven't had any major headaches since the first week or two - a big plus!
