NAET?
Hello!
Has anyone here had success with NAET treatment? I have been so sick for so long with vicious (daily) migraines and a wide assortment of allergies, digestive problems, etc. etc., that I'm ready to try just about anything. I take so many meds I'm a walking pharmacy! (Another friend with serious migraines says that she'd take rat poison if she though it'd work, and I'm right with her!)
Any thoughts? I appreciate holistic (and wholistic) health, but I'm no New Ager...
Thanks!

I would suggest some reflexology sessions but then...I'm taking the class so maybe I'm biased. Actually I might have some suggestions for you. I'll check back in with them in a bit!

Thanks for the responses!
mommydearest - you have my deepest empathy! And I will be happy to share with you... but it'll take a bit o' typin' to rehash all the treatments I've tried, so I'll get back as soon as I can, OK? I'm facing some deadlines for school...
slowtypinwoman -- NAET sounds almost too weird to explain, although the person who did explain it to me had a husband studying neural pathways, so I decided maybe it wasn't too weird to try. Don't recall how it's supposed to work, but the bottom line is that you hold vials of formulations of things the practioner suspects cause your aches/pains/allergies/etc., then when a suspicion is confirmed she treats you, mostly by making you avoid that item for a short period of time. I keep running into well-respected people who swear it's worked for them.
Chea -- love to hear what you have to say! Did I mention I'm also looking for a natural cure for bursitis? (And GERD, and and and you just about name it! I'm a mess!)
Again, thanks for your time, everyone!
Blessings,

Neti Pot? Is that the nasal cleanser?
Is the neti pot the nasal cleanser? My sister has some type of nasal cleanser she swear works for her. No one's ever been able to figure out just why I have constant migraines, but an allergist suspects -- allergies! I just get migraines instead of the runny eyes, etc. I hadn't really considered the neti pot (if it's what I'm thinking of) before because I'd always related it to solving the more traditional hayfever problems, but who knows?Originally posted by slowtypinwoman
