ANY MIGRAINE SUFFERERS?????

JUST CURIOUS IF THERE ARE ANY MIGRIANE SUFFERERS OUT THERE...IF SO I WOULD LIKE TO HEAR YOUR STORIES OR HEAR ABOUT ANY MEDS YOUR DOCTOR HAS GIVEN YOU. I'M AT MY WITS END WITH MIGRIANES....I NEED SOME IDEAS. THANKS!!!

I get migraines and the only thing that works is Excedrin (or a generic equivalent). I don't use the prescription stuff since the side effects can be horrible. I figure I will live even though I feel like dying during the migraine. The side effects are NOT worth it to me!

I will try to lie down in a dark room with a cool cloth on my head. It sometimes helps. If it happens at work, I just try to hold on until quitting time.

I've taken the imitrix shots before, but mostly I take Excedrine have a coke or sundrop and lay down for a while to rest.

I have a friend that eliminated any sugar from her diet. She swears that eliminated all miagraines. I hope this might help.
