Mulitvitamins
Can anyone recommend a good multivitamin? I think I need to start taking them. I eat healthy but I have been tired lately.
There are so many varieties out there! Has any one had good results with a certain brand? I am 49.

I am 35 and I take Flintstones multi-vitamin. I was told that they are some of the best ones to take. Your doctor could recommend a good one for you. I think there is a one a day for over 40 that is pretty good.

I take the Walgreens brand Centru for women. It's the only one where I noticed a difference after I started taking it!

I like Jamieson's over 50 multi, as iron if you stop your periods isn't always a good thing.

I know that they can be pricey, but I really like the Olay vitamins. I've also had good luck with the One-A-Day Women's formula.

I use Nature Sunshine vitamins about 75% of the time.
