Default The good news and the bad news....re:my weightloss and exercise program

First the bad news. Gripey weighed in at the dr. a couple of weeks ago and came directly home and adjusted our scales to match the dr.s'. That made me be weighing 7-8 lbs. more than I had prev. thought and believe you me it was bad enough already. I was pretty depressed over this for a couple of reasons. The obvious one, I weighed more. The less obvious one is that I hadn't weighed before we started our workout program and our diets. (I really hate to weigh! and I tend to get too focused on the scale and then I weigh daily and it governs how I do for the day.) Anyway, I was mad at myself in retrospect for not doing that. Sssoooo I found some papers that had my weight on it and know that it was pretty close to my heaviest ever.

The good news. I weighed this morning and with Gripey's scale adjustment and all................

Thanks I appreciate it. I'm thrilled. I tried on swimming suit last nite..... . It's a LOT looser than it was when I last adorned it.

30 pounds... you must look so different that people who haven't seen you in awhile don't recognize you right off.
