Leslie Sansone?

Has anyone used her walking or yoga workouts? Someone on another board who is fairly heavy really likes them and I am wondering if they are something I could stick with.

I use them and I love them!! They are the best!!!

I love the 1 mile, it is great when you don't have a lot of time or are just starting out!!

The 3 mile really wears me out!!

I don't, however they do have them at the library. Maybe I'll check them out, especially the walking one.

My mom uses them. She is *very* overweight. She's been doing it for about a month (the one mile one) and has lost 12lbs doing nothing else different.

I used to have a set of the videos (I think the 1 mile, 2 mile and 3 mile). I was hoping they would work for helping me take off the remaining baby weight from ds1 - they didn't. Of course, walking is something I have discovered just doesn't work for me (getting outside and sweating while doing yard work and such is what works for me).
