Do you find yourself snacking between meals?
I've really cut this out. If I feel I need a snack, I will eat a couple small carrots or a piece of celery.

I'm working on this also. I've now got fruit that I grab now or drink a glass of Crystal Lite. It's an ongoing challenge for me.

I'm bad for this. Working on it though. I think I will cut up some veggies to make it easier to grab those instead.

I actually prefer to eat 5 smaller meals, but usually only make time for 3 or sometimes 4.

not so mcuh while at work, but at night and on the weekends I snack constantly

I'm so bad for this. My husband calls it the nursing munchies, 'cause I'm always worse when BFing exclusively. I'm working on getting it under control and I'm getting better.

I don't snack much. I do like to have something before I go to bed, like a small bowl of Special K with skim milk. I don't sleep well if I'm too hungry.
