Question What's your biggest struggle right now in your LFL program

I'm at a plateau and it's driving me crazy. I need to get out and walk to get past this, however the roads and sidewalks are so slippery (there is ice everywhere). Hopefully I can start soon.

Mine is not drinking enough water and too much rain. I noticed the days I drank my Crystal Lite I'd lose more. Also my plan was to walk the 30 minutes to and from the mailbox everyday, been able to do that once so far!

Mine is trying to keep myself busy, so I don't eat out of boredom, and not drinking pop. They are equally hard for me.

For me it's the being impatient with the weightloss. I'm doing very well with my workout program and with controlling my intake but I get impatient so easily. It feels like it should just all fall off at once

Right now what is working for me is

    writing down what I eat
    writing down my weight
in a calendar I picked up on a 75% off sale. It's got large boxes for each day.

    What isn't working is:
eating enough protein and protein snacks to stay out of a low blood sugar problem. Once I get the shakes from one of those I can forget dieting, I need to eat enough right away to bring it back up, and the rest of the day I find myself feeling worse, more hungry and less able to resist.

The last few days it's been an awfully narrow path between eating enough of the right stuff to keep from feeling shaky and eating too much so that weight loss slows to a crawl.

I need to be a bit better about using my elliptical trainer in the commercial breaks. I've been lazy. (it's across from the TV)

I am doing well for the most part. The hardest thing is making it to the YMCA at least 3-4 times a week. Having only one car is a problem, DH works two jobs and goes to school two nights a week, I work three nights a week. We always go on Sunday as a family (to the Y), but the other days it is very hard. I went twice last week, but I am going to try and do better this week.

Mine is my eating schedule. I'm supposed to eat small meals throughout the day and that works best for me, however sometimes I am not hungry, especially in the mornings and I end up not eating until lunchtime. That is what kills my motabolism. I just don't feel like eating during the day these last few weeks. That needs to change!

Mine is trying to exercise ( I find it so boring) and not snacking out of boredom. Also, I love to cook and thus eat too much
