Question Is it starve a cold and feed a fever or....

starve a fever and feed a cold?
I think it must be starve a cold b/c I have one and don't feel like eating anything anyway since I can't taste...

Any suggestions on how to get over it quickly? I'm drinking lots of water, taking my vitamins + extra C and zinc, getting lots of rest......... . I really need it to clear up as I have lots to do this coming week.

~48 yr. old sahw, livin' it up in our empty nest, smack dab in the middle of everywhere.~

Sounds like your doing everything right. Don't forget the chicken noodle soup too.

Hope your feeling better soon Lisa.
