I just noticed something that makes me panic a bit

I have to preface this with the fact that I am a huge dr. pepper addict. I haven't been drinking them at all for the past 3 months. But, since waking up feeling really rotten today I really, really want a dr. pepper! I've not given into it and don't plan to....but still the urge is there and very strong.....gggrrrhhhh.... .

Sorry gf but I think you should have 1... just 1. You've been doing all the right things and have been very diciplined. Letting yourself have one soda doesn't mean the tower crumbles. Just enjoy & move on. Just like with frugality, you save in one area so you can splurge in another. 1 just 1.

Thanks Darlene.....I just endulged with Gripey. He's been having a terrible craving for biscuits and gravy. I couldn't taste it but feel oh so satisfied having eaten all that grease and cholesterol.....

I can feel for you. I get the same urgings for Pepsi, especially everytime dh has one. I haven't given in though, at least not yet.

I drink diet only....unless your commitment is not drink soda, a diet soda will not hurt the dieting.I cann't live without soda.

I managed to only share the biscuits and gravy with Gripey, not have a dr. pepper. I'm really proud of how well I've done in that area....although I sometimes really-really want one.
