Default What Vitamins or Supplements Do You Take

Do you take supplements? If yes, what kind?

I take a multivitamin with added calcium, a large dose CoQ10 (200mg) and SAM-e. This combination seems to work for me. I was taking a separate glucosamine supplement but stopped after doing some research and saw that SAM-e is supposed to be good for joints. It seems to be working.

I take Calcium with Vit. D (twice a day) and B-complex (twice a day). Started the B-complex this past Friday. Hope it works. Some people say it helps you not feel so dragged out. Has anyone every heard of this? Thanks

I always take an iron pill, due to my low iron. Right now I am currently, also taking prenatal vitamins. Once I finish breastfeeding, I will go back to taking Centrum.

I take a multi-vitamin with extra calcium and 800mg of vitamin E per my doc for hot flashes. They also said this was the reason why I didn't have the flu as bad as I could have a couple of weeks ago. This is in addition to my prescription meds.
