Rhonda - update on my search for emu oil

I tried doing a search for the original thread about emu oil and it won't come up for me.

We talked to a vitamin store/shoppe here and they do have emu oil, but not medicinal quality. I was able to go to the health food store we regularly shop tonight and the manager of the natural living section was there. I asked him about the emu oil capsules and he said that it is the store's corporate policy to not sell emu oil products because of ethical issues concerning how the emus are treated and how the oil is harvested (inhumane treatment).

Looks like if dh decides he definitely wants to try it, we'll be ordering it.

Why does your husband want emu oil? Is it supposed to be good for certain medical conditions?

Kim, I have heard this before about the american oil but didn't believe it. Maybe there is some truth to it.

Yes, that's the thread! Thank you! I must have skipped right over it when I looked back through the threads and no matter whay keyword I typed into the search function, the thread wouldn't pull up for me.
