    Default Another pound gone...

    I weighed myself at the YMCA yesterday. I don't have a scale at home, and don't need one really, because I am at the Y several times a week. I lost another pound. That makes 11 pounds gone since Christmas. Only 100 to go. LOL. Small victory.
