Default Interesting info about food cravings.

Just stumbled upon (anyone else using stumbleupon?) an interesting table that says if you are craving x, then you might really need y.

I knew of the craving ice one. Doctor told me this a few years ago, when I was eating so much ice that I thought I was dehydrated. Thanks for the link

Very interesting. I had heard something about the chewing ice thing. I have a friend that is always chewing ice.

Question is though....if, for example, we're craving chocolate, how do we know what we're really craving?

About the chocolate thing. I have heard that dark chocolate is good for you. Something about antioxidants, I think? Anyway, I don't eat a lot of sweets, but if I crave chocolate, I eat it.

That is what I wondered, too. Guess you just keep eating different things till you figure out what it is, lol.
