    Default Ugh- this is the worst cold I've ever had.

    The sinus pressure was so bad yesterday my teeth hurt.

    Yuck.

    Between that and the plumber being here for days on end, I haven't been here much the last week or so. Just wanted to let y'all know why.

    Cayenne pepper capsules are supposed to do wonders for sinus infections. Google has a lot of info regarding this.
