    Default Trigger Foods?

I'm curious, do any of you have any trigger foods? You know the ones...You absolutely cannot, WILL not say no to these foods, no matter how you are doing in your quest to diet and exercise?

For me, it is Herr's butter flavored popcorn. I cannot say no to it. I WILL not say no to it. (Okay, well, hopefully I will learn to say no to it.)

I don't buy it or have it in the house, one, because it never is on sale and I never see coupons for it, and two, because I know I will eat the entire bag in one sitting. However, when I was in the hospital, my wonderful dh bought me a bag, because I mentioned being hungry in between meals (they don't have snacks at the hospital ) So, I actually didn't eat any in the hospital, but I had a bunch yesterday and may finish the bag today. Then, it's gone and I'll not be buying more, although now that I've had some (I seriously hadn't had any in over a year) I'm craving it, big time.

So, Herr's popcorn is my trigger food. I just want to eat and eat and eat it!!!

Do you have any trigger foods or anything that you absolutely cannot say "no" to?

Homemade chocolate chip cookies. DH loves them, and so do I. If I bake these cookies, they are gone in less than 24 hours. I just can not make them anymore. I use real butter, and real vanilla....mmmmm.....

I know this is strange, but my downfall is vanilla yogurt. if I buy a six-pack of yogurt to be a good girl, I will eat the six-pack that same day Last week I tried to trick myself and bought the 32 oz. carton vanilla yogurt. I ate it that night

I have several. Anything homemade and sweet (like brownies Chelle!). I love chocolate anything and generally love anything carb. I work at not keeping my problem foods in the house. If it's here I find myself "fantasizing" about it.
