WOW! I signed up for the free portion of this website today and it's awesome! You can keep a log of what you've eaten for the day, what activity/exercise you've done, and it gives you calorie, fat, information as well as how many calories you've burned versus how many calories you've eaten. It shows you a breakdown of your food for the day and it's awesome! There are tons more parts to it as well. Check it out! It could be a fabulous resource!
