    Talking Felt soooo good to step on the scales yesterday morning......

    I finally hit the 40 pound mark! Why is it that 40 sounds like so much more than 39? Lots more to go but that really felt good.

    ~48 yr. old sahw, livin' it up in our empty nest, smack dab in the middle of everywhere.~
