    Talking New Weight Loss Strategy!!

    Get a large breed, high energy puppy that needs you to walk him for MINIMUM 1.5 hours just to tire him out enough that he's even somewhat manageable!!!

    I've lost 15lbs through this new, cutting edge strategy.

    I agree that is a great way... I can't wait till it's springtime cause we love to go bike riding, I am actually excited about it too!
