    Default Kicking Myself

A few years ago, CJ sent me the Weight Watchers points booklet. (thank you, friend!) It was the book that shows you how many points you should be eating each day and had a list of the point values of different foods. I lived by that book after I had Patrick.

Well, apparently, in the move it got "moved" and I can't find it anywhere in the house. I'm totally bummed. I've still got the points slider so that I can figure out how many points certain foods have by looking at the dietary fiber, calories and fat grams. So, I've been figuring that out when I eat, however, I have no idea how many I should eat! I think I can have 21 points a day, but I'm not positive. Does that sound right to anyone?

I thought I got lucky yesterday when someone posted at my local freecycle a whole bunch of Weight Watchers stuff, including this book, but I was too late when I responded. Aargh!

I hate when I do stupid things like this. I should have kept a closer eye on it.

Amy, I can't remember if you're nursing or not, but if you are, you need to add 10 points to the points range for your weight.

Amy, also if you are doing any extra exercises or activity on top of everything else. You may need more points....just a thought.

Geez, I was just looking through threads and I found this. Darn it- because on 2/28 when I was searching for the point system and some way to get how many points I should have- I decided to join WW in order to get that info. I never saw this thread.
So now I'm a WW member. So, Amy if you need any infor- let me know. I ordered the big book of points.
