    Default Week 2 Weigh In

    no loss...but I think I'm okay with it for 2 reasons. First, I'm about to start that time of the month and I'm retaining water like a buffalo. Second, I did waste a few points on things I shouldn't have. Didn't go over my points, just didn't eat smart.

    It did teach me one thing...this is important to me and I'll adjust because I would really like to not have many of these weeks again.

    Exactly, your still doing great... I always knew when it was that time of month, you retain water weight and are bloated.

    I rarely lose at all when it's almost that time of the month.

    Mojjo- just read this thread. It's just the water weight. I'm glad you didn't kick yourself and you didn't quit. Good job!!
    I, on the other hand gained in my second week. Today I will weigh in for week #3.

    I'm having one of those weeks too. Hang in there....it's bound to drop before long.
