    Default Weighing in

as of yesterday I have lost 43 pounds. I'm so excited....I was really hoping to have lost 50 by this coming Friday, but I can see now that this isn't going to happen. Hopefully it won't be too long. Now when I go to the store people are staring at me with their mouths open. That's a nice feeling for this reason....

3-boys-4-me, My dh and I started in mid October. We are eating lots of salads, chicken, fruits and veggies, nuts for snacks, v-8 sometimes for snacks instead...... . We eat cereal for breakfast with 2% milk and only drink water all day long. We have a gazelle and we workout for an hour everyday. I use the gazelle exclusively and my dh alternates between that and the treadmill. We do some weightlifting on our own as well. That's just about it. We have cheat nights where we eat out, trying to stay around 1 per week, but sometimes we go over that.

That's awesome! You have inspired me. I will have hubby hide the girl scout cookies from me and I will dust off the treadmill we had to have yet never use. Thank you. I would like to lose 25 pounds.
