Default well... I think something's working...

Alright, with the puppy, I've definitely lost 15lbs. However, since that weigh-in, I've not lost one iota more, BUT my pants are falling down. I'm changing shape. My belly isn't holding things up the way it's been doing for 10 years. I may have to start thinking about pulling out the sewing machine and trimming my clothes up. Its' motivating me to try a bit harder. I wasnt' trying to lose weight to begin with. I had eating disorders in my youth so I've steered clear of anything that even *smells* like a diet. But I might just try a few more whole grains (I mostly eat that anyway) and going a titch lighter on the butter (I love butter).... Who knows, I may lose that 65-80lbs yet......

goal: 200lbs (I could go as low as 180 and still be healthy - but I don't need to be 'skinny'.
where I am now.... 270 ish

Way to go Babs! That's a very nice side effect of having a dog, I'd say.

~48 yr. old sahw, livin' it up in our empty nest, smack dab in the middle of everywhere.~
