    Default I'm feeling good

    about myself. I have reduced my calorie intake, trying different exercise routines, honestly I haven't found the best one yet.
    Today I'm trying the Firm, wish me luck. LOL
    I've walked a little but the nights are still very cold so I'm waiting for the weather to break for more outside activities.
    I do not have a scale so I can't say how much I've lost, I'm going by my clothes. I was a 14/16 now I skip the 16's and go right for the 14's.
    I feel better, way less bloated. I love the feeling of getting up from a meal without that feeling of.........I'm about to bust a gut!
    I am improving each week, more exercise, healthier food choices and much more water.
    I think my goal would be to fit into a size 10 COMFORTABLY!

    Well, I just wanted to stop in and say I'm back and feeling better
    about myself.
