Having a hard time sticking to it.
Just when I think I'm on a roll, and doing everything right...I fall off track and have a hard time getting back on track.
Something always seems to get in my way, or maybe that's just an excuse (I now it is).
I was doing so great, eating light and working out sometimes twice a day.........felt great. Then a co-worker quit, threw my hours off and messed up my schedule.
They hired someone else and her father died and she left for 3 weeks. She just got back last week and know she says she has to go back home and will be quiting also.
I get tired from the extra hours, but the extra money is great!
I just want everything to get back to a fixed schedule, so I can plan my workout times.....Plus when I'm tired I will grab whatever to eat..(another excuse).
Help and encouragement?

Don't let those obstacles cause you to faulter.
Bring some safe foods to work so that you can safely snack on.
Things like energy bars, WW cookies, fruit, vegies, soups, crackers.
I would consider you work as exercise. If it is sedentary- do isometric exercises while sitting.
take a walk during your break.
stretch and breathe.
You can do it!!!

Thank you, I really didn't feel like it but I got on the bike and did 20 min. then I decided that just wasn't enough and hopped on the treadmill for 20 min. Made me feel better! Thanks Cheryl for the snack ideas....I'm going to go in the kitchen and bag up some heathly things to grab. I know things will eventually get back to normal, it's just frustrating thanks for the encouragement ladies.
