    Default Do You Think...

...the computer could be hindering your weight loss efforts?

Let's be honest, at the moment you are reading this, you are sitting somewhere, (and probably have been for at least a few minutes) instead of being up and moving around. We've all admitted that we spend lots of time on the computer in various other posts.

Do you think that the computer actually is hindering your weight loss efforts?

Disclaimer: Of course, I, in no way, want anyone to spend less time at the Village! Just cut out all of your OTHER surfing!

    I totally agree!

You know I worked for a company a few years ago and when I started I weighed I think like 120-125lbs, when we got laid off I weighed in at 150lbs.... that's because I sat at the computer ALL DAY at my job, getting up only to go to the bathroom or lunch, but everyone ate lunch at the computer.

So I totally agree with the computer does hinder your weight loss, once in a while you have to get up and go!
