Thumbs up This is my story and I'm sticking to it!

OK. Now that it is not so cold here in the mornings, this is what I am going to do. I put DD on the bus at 8:15 AM. I am now going to be ready with sneakers on and as soon as she is on the bus, I'm - a - walkin! I figure I can get in 30-45 minutes of walking and still be back in time to enjoy some "alone time" before she gets back home at 11:45 AM. I work nights from 5-midnight so alone time is only when DD is at school. I do need to utilize this time to get in shape again.

I have danced all my life but after DD was born it went away for a while. I am now teaching on the side at the studio where my DD dances and the recital is just over 3 months away. My goal is to be able to wear a costume that I don't have to worry about hiding my belly!! My solo last year had an empire waist dress!! So 3 months to a flatter belly it is!!!
(I just edited it to correct my typos!)

sounds like a great plan! now that you've put it in writing here- somehow means you've got to follow through.

OK. First day. I walked for exactly 3 miles today. It was great. I'm sure I'll be sore later but that may be a good thing!
    I'm looking forward to continuing!
    Thanks for the support!
