    Default Weight Catastrophe

I have always battled back and forth with my weight.  My all-time high was 215.  I lost 20 lbs and got down to 195 then hit a platau.  Finally I got motivated and lost 16 more lbs which put me down to 179 (and into a sz 14).  I was so excited to be able to buy new clothes!

Now I'm bummed because I've gained six lbs back  and my new pants are tight.  sniff, sniff...so I'm bound and determined to do something about it!  I'll start walking in the evening and start counting points again (we'll start tomorrow I just finished off a little debbie    )

I'll weigh tonight and let ya'll know where I start.

Mel, I know the feeling. I was so happy when I finally got down to 149.6. That was about a month ago and although I have not gained (fingers crossed), actually, I am at a steady 150. I just can't get down to 145. We will both keep trying. I think we will reach our goals.

Six pounds.....you can soooo do that. Just stay focused (she says as she's breaking her arm, patting herself on the back for resisting some malted milk balls at United just a little while ago I can tell ya, she wanted them soooooooo baaaad) and it will come off plus the other pounds that you want to lose.

Ok, well the walking went out the window last night. But I did have a salad for dinner last night!
Course in all honesty I did sneak some of dh's frosty. But I will get back on that horse. Tonight I have to help with cheer practice tryouts so instead of sitting around jabbering i'm going to get out there with the girls!
