    Question bought an AB ROLLER today

    does anyone else have one of these? i had one many MANY years ago. (back when i DIDN'T need it....lol) i am just sooooo tired of this flabby belly!!!! i was just wondering if anyone has had success with these? thanks for the info.

    I saw one up for sale on Cheapcycle, but I prefer the old fashioned crunch.

    I just found mine again while decluttering. Have had it for years Maybe I will start to use again, now that I see your post.

    I think it did help, but can't be sure, I was going to my gym on a regular basis then.
