    I read a book recently and one of its points was that the increase in allergies is linked to our systems just being overwhelmed with toxic overload... we're exposed to so many new things that haven't been tested, and we haven't got time to get used to one before something new is on the market. And plus we're not just dealing with one thing at a time but cumulative effects of all kinds of things, a lot of them right in our own homes. I hadn't thought about that but I think it makes sense.

    my allergies are horrible right now. my main symptoms are headaches & sinus pressure........ i totally agree our world has way too many toxic things in the air & thats why so many more people have allergies now.
