    Default potatoes for sprains

    I almost forgot about this one. My grandmother taught me this, and I've seen it work. My cousin came home form Ontario and she went over ankle, and after the secong wrap it was all gone. She kept off the ankle till the next morn. No swelling and it was like she never had a sprain.

    If u ever go over your ankle and it starts to swell. Right away make a wrap with shredded potatoes, without the peelings. the startch takes the swelling away.make sure the towel is wet or damp, and the shredded potatoes right on the swelled area. then when it turns totally black hours later. remove wash off, and put another poltice agin if needed.
