Weight Holding, No ups, No downs
I was so excited a weeks ago. I was down to 149. Since that time, I have only lost one more pound. I am now at 148 and holding. A little discouraging but, I'm committed to sticking to this diet. But I seem to have slimmed down in my neck area.

Vannie~ holding is a ok! Sometimes the body seems to shrink while the scale is stuck. Are you doing a certain plan?

No real plan. Just eating less. No more ordering Chinese or pizza take out every week as a treat. I had gotten very bad about this. I have never eaten a lot of really bad foods, just a lot of food in general, but now that I am working from home, the calories are not walked off, they just settle on my body.
I try to eat two good meals a day and a salad. I also buy Slim Fast now, and when I feel sort of "snacky" before or after dinner, I sip that and it does cut my appetit.
It seems to be working except for the 'stuck' weight. I am glad that you said that Sometimes the body seems to shrink . I had asked about this before, it seems so odd to me. I did not know that could happen.

In 2000 I went from an 18 to a 6. Going from a 6 to and 8 I lost not 1 single pound! Odd huh!!!!
I'm ashamed to say In the last 3 years I've gotten back up to a 12. I need to really get cracking so my summer clothes fit (besides being a diabetic).
