Microderm abrassion
Has anyone used the at home kits? I have been wanting to try one but they are a bit pricey to go in uninformed. I'd like to try to hold off the aging process as much as I can.

I have Susan Lucci's kit and I love it! I can definitely tell the difference when I use it. It makes my skin look and feel very smooth and it also tightens my skin.

I use a product called Modern Friction by Origins, sold in dillards and online. It has made a big improvement in my skin. Good luck finding something you like.

I have had it done in a doctor's office. I am very fair--pale really. It was worth the money to me. I haven't tried any at-home kits.

At home kits as in the Olay products?? I've tried a few of them from the drugstore -- can't think of the names) but haven't found any that I think were a big diff but small improvements. I should check out the raves in the other posts though.

Glad to hear you say that Kimberly. Last week I ordered MK from my hairdresser. I am not pale but my skin is sensitive and can look raw and red

well it says to use for a full minute, i never make it that long. so please, just because it says use it for that long, dont feel that you have to! works just fine at 20-30 secs. (or however long you can manage)

I have been thinking of trying the Neutrogena one, only because my chest needs some help.. and they have the body kit.. I am trying to figure out if I can just purchase one and interchange the face and body sponges..
